Established in 2008
This non-profit organization came to life from a story of four men who decided to take a summer trip to Bridgeport, CA to enjoy the Sierra Nevadas and some fishing.
In June of 2008, they celebrated their 35th annual Fishin’ Mission trip and decided to establish The Fishin’ Mission Foundation focused on providing financial support to help meet the needs of the Bridgeport community.
As of 2024, the Fishin’ Mission Foundation has donated nearly $250,000 to over ten different local Bridgeport causes.
